- Update of income and assets with Centrelink as required, usually 2-4 times per year.
- Income Stream reviews
- Manage Centrelink correspondence if required.

Home Equity Access Scheme Claim
- Initial phone consultation to explain the scheme and establish eligibility
- Gathering of documents
- Preparation and submission of claim

Once complete, the Centrelink Complex Assessment Officers will liaise with you directly. We ensure that the claim is as complete and accurate as it can be to minimize the time to completion.
